I feel like I'm being coerced actually
about something else going on in my life

but they have given me until the end of this month
which is something

I got through to Harc where I got my previous adviser
and the receptionist has put things in motion
I may have to phone DWP at some point to ask for more time

having this review will completely take over for several months
I wont be able to paint is one thing
while I'm having to spend all the time focusing on whats wrong with me
and with the lockdown going on I'm fearful for my mental health

thanks Hillman

another thing about these reviews and changes
it it sometimes leads to a change of personality
and I dont know what I'm going to end up like each time

also the ad hoc emotional support around here
has been reduced recently
on top of all the lockdown difficulties

being positive and doing my painting and stuff

because you have to be at deaths door really
to get these benefits, I just cant have these skills ive been trying to develop

I was also trying to build up the courage to sell my cards
and its all out the window now

It’s a very emotional time when PIP forms are received just make sure to take care of your MH. It seems as if they’re trying to catch up with the backlog now cos your the third one ive heard of within the week. And they dont seem to be giving you much time to get your information together . Try to keep up with your hobbies tho as it will help you mentally

thanks Mayflower and Daffy

the thing with the painting is I put my everything into it
trying to go forwards

and with the benefits review I need to put my everything into it
going backwards into my illness

so it means I'm being pulled in two directions
which causes a mini breakdown

I fully understand when i had mine last year it caused me to SH again . I think its down to the fact that you have to dig up everything thats happened and it stirs it all up again and then the stress of an interview but maybe they wont be doing as many face to face this year. Just keep on posting Zoe so we know your ok

its like being in a war
where you are reduced to the absolute basics
just surviving from one moment to the other
waiting for the bomb to drop

I also feel like departing really,
ive seen other worlds I would rather live in

I wont be acting on it because of friends and family though

I also wont be phoning the Samaritans
because in recent times they are constantly engaged
and dont even play music for you
so you are just listening to an endless ringing phone

thanks for listening this will probably be enough for me to get through

Two of my friends have received the dreaded brown envelopes in recent days - they are obviously going out en masse.

I can understand how hard it is to start raking through the coals of your illness again.

We're all here for you.
