It shows the depth and strength of delusional beliefs that tvgirl one day knows it"s a delusion, the next is convinced there's a camera. Delusions must often have a real effect, ie it affects the brain, therefore affects the body too with a physical dread of the feared scenario.
If only people could be cured of this rubbish.

Maybe instead of challenging it you can set to undermine it by asking a series of why questions. Why is there a camera in me. If there is an answer to that question, then ask another why to that. And so on.

Your life will get to the point where you're happier again , you just have to work towards that point.. and all the good advice you get you should try an apply it to your life.. you know what good sincere advice looks like. Use the good sincere advice..most of the members have given some good advice. I hope things start to improve for you.

I know you're stronger than that. We all have bad thoughts like that from time to time.. even if it's just for a moment.. what's important is not to act on those bad types of thoughts.
