So ive spent last 6 months working so hard on not harming myself and its left me really suicidal not having releses but i managed not harm myself.

My gp reffered me to the nhs cmth to ask if i could see the psychatrist to talk about going back on meds. Note they refused me twice already this year.
They sent me back a letter this morning that they sent to my gp.

It said i didnt meet the eligability to be seen ( which is absoulte bs! )

And i could be reffered to personality disorder group work??

Then it said at the bottom if my mental state changed or risk increased to re reffer me.

I now feel rejected and after reading last bit feel that all i need do to finally get help is if i start harming myself worse again like i was that they will have see me again.

I was working hard on stopping my self harm when i should been doing the opposite.

Now im extremely suicidal. I feel like giving up. I feel like im going have do something extemely dangerous just for them to take me seriously.

How dumb them to send this out to patients who are desparate for help. Why write that on the bottom cos of course if we are desperate we will do exactly what it says to get help. How dumb are you nhs? I knew they wanted me dead.

This is totally appalling! I am so sorry you have been so let down. You did so well to not harm for 6 months. That really is a huge achievement. It is just terrible you have been made to feel you will not get support unless you try to end your life. Please do not attempt that. There has to be another way. I fully understand you feeling rejected. Is it possible to see a GP that specialises in mental health? They may be more understanding.

My current gp doesnt have any trained mh gps( my current gp are just pretty rubbish for anything even pyhsical issues) and the only other doctors around here isnt taking patients atm so im bit stuck. All i wanted was a psychatrist to do look at my meducation because i need meds a gp cant sort out.
I dont know how they can refuse me access to even a meds review.

I really cannot understand why they will not get a psychiatrist to call you to review your medication. It really is appalling. Maybe PALs or another charity may be able to help you?

Its good that you have not self harmed. Cut off the triggers to your issues. You can change anything in your life, just persist and be focused.
