Is this Relationship Ocd or end of a marriage?

Hi Guys
Just wanted to introduce myself to this forum.
I have struggled with anxiety ever since I was 20 years old. I'm now 33 and have had my fair share of ups and downs with my ocd.
Just recently though (which has shocked me to be honest)
I've had doubts about actually being in love with my husband or not.
We've been together for 16 to 17 years and married 14 years.
My anxiety has chosen different themes to obsess about.
But this one is about him.
What I'm stuck with is, is this just another thing my anxiety has chosen to pick on or am I actually falling out of love?
We've had our ups and downs lately and going through a rough patch.
I just don't want to do anything stupid.
We have 2 kids together so to be honest I don't want to hurt them.
I'm just so lost at the minute,
Can anyone advise please?

This may have to do with my cultural upbringing but once a couple has kids, ending the marriage should be out of the question. Besides, you two have been together literally half your life! Even if you no longer love him, which is unlikely, you ought to love your kids enough to stay with him forever.
