Is it good or bad?

When I started having suicidal thoughts, at one point i started writing about them, in a way, trying to copy what my mind was saying so that I could analize them later.. I stop doing that, but I'm not sure why.. I don't remember if it wasn't helping or what happened. I have been having pretty bad days and I thought of writing, but is it a good idea?
Do you think I'll use them in a weakness time to hurt myself?

You could write stuff down and destroy it of course, gone forever then.

It helps to keep a journal. Having a journal is like having a best friend. You just let it all out in your journal. And it helps you feel and think better after. Also, listening to good music on youtube is therapeutic.

These songs have helped me:

Fearless by Jasmine Murray
I believe I can Fly by R Kelly
Don't Worry Be Happy by Bob Marley

I suggest you listen to them daily or as needed.

And do not overthink. When a negative thought come your way, counter it with a good and positive thought.

I think you should do it!
For one, you will get out your thoughts and feelings.
Secondly, maybe you will see some patterns and this will help with recognising your style of thinking. I keep a journal too.
