Hi all,

Although mental health wise, I'm fine and stablised, however, just this evening, I have become highly irritiblie, due to the weather, also, I suffer with another one of my prone to genetic prone to problems, psrorasis, on scalp, and this could be causing me to feel slightly irritible - furthermore, I have a dental situation at the moment, that any pain, and on hot temperature this will happen, is painful.I have a dental appointment booked on Tuesday if I feel, that, I can't hang on until Tuesday, I'll book me in as an emergancy tomorrow.

I have done a workout today, this late afternoon, it's when I suddenly happen to have something on hot temperature in mouth, then, it's painful, I did have a self removal of a wisdom tooth which came away by itself, and the root is still there, now whether if I'll have an absess about, in which case an x - ray will need to be done, and possibly antibiotics to be drawn up - groan, I'm trying to avoid antibiotics; I have done for a number of years of a certain type of antibioitcs anyway - this aspect of health is pulling me right down, causing me to feel very very highly irritible, along of the wet weather today.

I'm going to discuss with my parents, that for tomorrow, I get me booked in as an emergancy appointment. This is only a possibility, I'm thinking. I might be able to just hang on until Tuesday.

Once again, my mental health circumstances are fine, except that I am highly irritible this evening and, I am knitting, instead of cross stitching, together with listening to music.

I do hope that I will be able to get me sorted out via Dental side of things, to have my mind put at ease slightly, anyway.

Take care all,

Natalie.

Hi all,

Well, fortunately my irritiblity levels have dropped right back - so it was probably just to do with the bad weather of yesterday.

I have deicded, I'll just wait for dental appointment tomorrow, regarding pain on hot temperature. I'll note what dental come back to me with, they might have to do an x ray.

Hi all,

On the dental front I am very very much better now. Plus I am not so irritible, with what was the dental pain, pulling me down.

I'll get to the appointment for dental tomorrow, and with a bit of strong luck, all should be well and I won't have to placed on antibiotics.

In terms of my psrorasis, that's ok, manageable, along of the irritiblity now. So I have now very much improved.

Hi all,

I'm completely better on the dental health front. I don't know what cause pain on the hot temperature side of things, maybe I never will know, anyway, I discovered that I had a remedial mouth problem, temporarily, dealt with it, and I am fine once again. It could have been a combination of my sinuses, and also I have a root hanging on still following on from a wisdom tooth self removal, it came away by itself, and with the sinuses combined at that point, of mouth, I was feeling too painful on hot temperature. Anyway, I'm very much better. I'll wish to have that wisdom ex tooth area checked out anyway, I'm fine, now.

I have been feeling irritible again, thanks to the wet showery wintry weather this afternoon, as long as the weather will remain calm this evening, I haven't checked as of late, I'll be calmer and fine as well.

Looking forward to attending zumba, on Wednesday morning, in my community centre.

Take care all, hope everyone else is just about ok,

Natalie.

Hi all,

Thanks Somerset. In actual fact, I'm still not really well on the dental front, I now have pain happening on cold, as well as hot, still the dentist shall advise me tomorrow what's happening, and what'they'll do about it. My mind's rested in that it's preferably just as well, I have the appointment booked. In terms of my psrorasis, condition, I'm fine no problem there now, mymother aided me with my applciation, for the scalp, so I'm not feeling too bad on that note. I know, and I have bipolar conditions, so I am only all too aware, how the changeable weather presently can have me feeling.

Everyone else and Somerset, included, I am now fine, having taken a from a new batch of supplment whcih i neede to take, and that has very much helped me out to regain to my old usual self, and I am knitting, plain knit method, together with listening to music through my walkman and earphones.

I had done a home workout yesterday, and I am very much looking forward to attending zumba class on Wednesday morning.

Take care all,

Hi all,

I am now very much better irritiblity wise. Have been relaxing down this evening, listening to music and knitting. I did have a slight hearing voice issue, that has been and gone, and I brushed it off. I'm fine on that front now. I am half hoping to get a workout done tomorrow, now if not, I'll be at zumba early Wednesday morning.

I'm just relieved i have a dental appointment pre booked from last week!

Hi all,

I had my dental appointment. Apparently, what it is, I suffer with sensitivity problems, on both either hot or cold temperatures. Anyway, I have been given a "friend of mine back" a sample of toothpaste, - I wasn't sure if it was still in production, anyway, it is, so I'll realise, happily enoiugh the hard way, what to do now, withouit necessarily getting to the dental surgery each time.

Genetically I'm fine no probs, there, and my psrorasis seems to be well behaving at the moment.

I'm thinking/planning to attend local zumba gold class tomorrow, I didn't wish to overload, me, before making my commute to volunteering charity on Thursday - never been there before, so it's all new to me, though I am looking forward to more data entry work. And producing mailign labels.

Mental health wise, I'm absolutely stablised, on 25ml, of medication.

Take care all,

Natalie.

Oops, what I meant to have said was, that I hadn't wished to overload me by travelling to my main community centre for zumba there, and then have to travel almost in the direction, and slightly beyond on Thursday. So I felt, I'll stay local and go to zumba gold class near me. That's what I meant to have said.

Hi all,

This build up to the wet weather - today and Tomorrow has had me feeling highly irritible. Furthermore also, I realised I needed to get my hair washed and blowed dried, with a specialised shampoo I always used, plus a go of another one recommended from somewhere and I am now feeling easier. i always do find, that an overnight pouring rain, and clearing up, not raining this is in the proper morning, I become highly irritible.

Anyway, took a dose of supplement to sort out all of that this late afternoon/early evening, and a types of homeopathic doses to help me out too - I am now very relieved from feeling itchy and irritible.

I am don't get me wrong, very much looking forward to volunteering in the North West of London tomorrow, for a couple of hours, and if I'm not too worn out - that in the afternoon, I'll get a home low impact dancier aerobics done, with some toning.

Take care all,

Natalie.

Hi all,

I'm very unwell, and under the weather at the moment. I have got a genetic condition come up, no it's prsorasis, it's something else, and I am not a happy bunny girl. I was due to be volunteering today at one of my new charities, only I just can't make it in, due to the fact I'm unwell.

I can't even to a dance aerobic workout today either. I'm monitoring, if the problem persists, or worsens, then I will go to my doctor's surgery which is something not to always be on antibiotics, I'm trying to avoid at the moment. If I can remedial topically treat the problem myself, all well and good, if not well.

Hope everyone else is just about ok,

Natalie.

Hi all,

I have been very much improving, following on from my genetic condition flare up, last night and this morning, into today, and I couldn't attend voluntary work. A different charity a brand new one.

I am hoping at some point over this weekend, I'll get a workout done, comprising of dance, not too harder a workout though of dance, and some toning.

I am hoping that I'll attend the charity I was going to aim for today, I'll be there on Tuesday.

Take care all,

Natalie.

Hi all,

It has been so very cold today, from overnight, that I have had terrible sinus pains up. I took a couple of doses of over the counter bought sinus medicine, wasn't really helping, althouigh spaced out through the day, so I felt right, must be impact of stress when I wasn't well, from a couple of evenings back and yesterday during the day and night, anyway, resulted in having to take a painkiller, and I am now fine.

I am fine and stablised, very well mental health wise, and ah, a bit before I go away on holiday, this next week, I'll get my working out done, during the course of the week.

These previous a day and a half have been horrendous health problems for me, anyway, I'm getting there once again now.

Hope everyone else is managing just about ok, mental health wise, the best that you can only manage,

Take care all,

Natalie.

Hi all,

I have now at long last managed to regain to my usual old self. After a spell of dental near miss, and also a genetic condition flare up, I'm now happily relaxing this evening getting my cross stiching - a new piece done, and listening to easy listening style of music. Tomorrow, and during the course of the week, I'll workout to my fitness dvds.

I'm looking forward to volunteering in another one of my new charities on Tuesday, so I'll be preparing for the desk work, and back and forth from the desk, by working out to focus on stamina, and toning for strength.

Hope everyone else is just about ok, maintaining Mental health Wellbeing - oh yes, I'm very well and fine and stablised through medication. Overall, though, I would ideally just prefer to use self help management, but ah, I have to always be very skeptical regarding the near thought of wanting to gradually ween of medication, unfortunately and annoyingly - just can't come off the antipshycotic medication. Also, I don't really want to have the problem of hearing voices internally in the head, severely.
