I am finding myself getting irritable and angry for little reason.

It's making me less nice to people I like.

Just silly things - or are they silly.
Turned over to BBC4, there was a programme about Britain's Treasure Islands.
Well, I like a geography programme as much as the next one - but the presenter was so obviously a toff - been to Eton or Oxford or somehwere - having a holiday touring Britain's overseas territoires at our expense as an excuse for making a programme
Sickening
When will someone working class get to present one of these programess?

So I borrowed a book on Anger management from the library
But the author has gone thrugh several scenarios of how anger can affect MH - and none of them is remotely like me
I'm reading this book for some insights, but it's not helping
Just making me frustrated and angry.

I guess you could do with having a good book for anger management recommended to you.
Sorry I don't know one but maybe others will come along who do know. I hope so.

Best wishes
