Triggers of intrusive anxiety- involve our self delusions
Triggers of compulsive anxiety involve our perception and outlook.


Which these are very both prevelent. Being aware to which you have? Is an answer...
Anxiety is not to be held to self consciousness. The trick is diagnosing your paticular trigger
which can be these. FOr example intrusive is more fear based and domanial dwell.
While the compulsive targets our reaction, form of the illness altering our perception.

well two different types of anxiety. The Intrusive anxiety is a pondering type what we
ponder/ dwell on.. The other Compulsive is Based on our reaction to the illness and ever vital/nervous response

What is your trigger? If you are suffering form both. Narrow your wonder. Be empathetic, and outlet based.

i suppose boredom and anxiety trigger my compulsiveness

and specific events related to traumatic events trigger my intruisive anxiety

Try to emulate no rationalzing to the symptom. The illness is an epidemic, put the symptoms in you subliminal domain.

Intrusive anxiety is outer form of self delusion that, if orignates from the outside. Usually we have both.

You see the Intrusive anxiety is abrasive to our outer sense, usually anticipation and fear. While the Complulsive anxiety, is remaindered to inner variations of mind. Of sensitivity and aimless ponder
