I haven't heard of that. Sounds very interesting if it is true. Something that could be used like an asthma inhaler when a panic attack comes on would be really useful.

It would have to be for anxiety. However, I think that, it is always best to act under GP under surveillence so to speak, to be prescribed the right sort of taking or non taking med, for anxieties.

The safest way, i think, and I am wearing them at the moment, is to buy travel motion sickness bands. Yep, that's what I've said. I once discovered tha tthe pulsating nerve button really does help to keep acute to severe anxieties right back and down at bay. I also take Pregabalin, 75ml, though I am having a stressful headache, at the moment, the warehouses can't get in, so chemists are having a problem obtaining, so I'll have to report to GP, and see what he can recommend. Or better still, jokingly, I'll level off, and resume wehn the capsules are back in. I'll note in due course, and I might make a separate booking appointment, apart from my med review, to see what he can advise/recommend for me. Temporarily, in place of.

I also need to check, via t he pregabalin, the size of the tablet, because if they are bigger, and I have small mouth and throat, well, I'll h ave a problem, so i will prefer small tablet of Pregabalin.

Apologies for diagressing, i've had a terrible double bouts of sinuses t oday. And other sorts of mental health issues.

And off course the number one trick, try to listen to music, always works for me in advance on a day of s hopping, or volunteering, keeping calmer whilst travelling, and in places.

Have a good evening all,

Best regards all,

Natalie.

Never thought of a travel band. Thank you for that Natalie. Also the inhaler would only be prescribed by a gp or another professional due to the dose you may have to take. Take care

Yes they are trialling it in America. It would be very useful if a gp could prescribe it when in the UK
