Crying is so healing. I just read some of your posts. Are you still exercising, reading and learning something new?

Sorry to hear that cherbear, have you tried exposure therapy? for me it was the only thing that helped, also want to say stay strong and hang in there, things do get better in time, usually that is and time seems to fix so many things, maybe your anxiety can be eleviated with time, through therapy and through growing older.

Thats just a little encouragement for you, hope you get better and that your anxiety gets to a managable level, or goes away entirely.

Good day to you:)

Chearbears not feeling great today
Her anxiety's got her feeling blue
So she came on mentalhealthforum.net
hoping that the regulars would know what to do

Autumn sprinkles gave her hugs
Mastiff Mom gave her advice
Volnash recommended Exposure therapy
Sparklypurplepaws sympathised and was nice.

You wrote a poem for me on another thread
now it's time to write one back
I told you I was a lone wolf
but were mates and now your a member of the pack

You sound like a bit of a martha stewart (from what you told me in our emails)
and making things can be quite pleasing!
Well I wish you'd hurry up and knit me a jumper
Coz I'm from wales and it's fu*cking freezing!

So please hurry up and feel much better
And go back to acting like a goof
And if you don't then that's ok
.... i'll go and do something.. (no pressure) X
