I think if they were better at following up on their commitments that would go a long way. The number of times that I've seen people complaining about CMHT showing up late, or not phoning up after missing an appointment, have been quite a few. The same could be said about GP telephone appointments, imho, that rarely happened without a hitch for me. Even at a call centre they double check their staff sometimes by asking you to participate in a questionnaire, none of that with CMHT who are delivering a service after all.

Personally I'd love to have seen a better standard of planning around my care from them. I had a couple of appointments with nurses and one appointment with a psychiatrist, but where was the after care plan or a coordinator? A clear road map of "you've had psychosis, here is what you can expect from services, these are our commitments to you" would have been appropriate.
