i'm so depressed.

I'm so depressed, I don't want to do anything. I just feel so tired all the time. I'm feeling guilty because I'm not doing anything, then I start to worry about things I should be doing. my anxiety is rising and my ocd is getting worse. if I make myself do something, push myself, I feel so lethargic and cant think straight that I worry I haven't done it right or that it doesn't feel right, then it's ocd anxiety. I shouldn't push myself to do things, I'm a pratt, all I do is make things worse for myself.

You are being very hard on yourself. Any chance you could give yourself a break and try and be a little kinder to yourself? Or at least not beat yourself up about things? Easy to say I know

I'm crying and I cant think straight. it's torturing me.
I wish I could do myself a lot of harm. sorry if I've broken forum rules, but that's how I feel.

I don't think that's true. You're having a tough time at the mo. That doesn't make you useless, dysfunctional or a piece of crap. It just doesn't!

You're not useless or dysfunctional, you're just having a bad time of things at the moment.

Can I just ask, if you were ill with a broken leg or some sort of bug, would you be telling yourself you're useless for being unable to get around and do things? No.
So don't be so hard on yourself simply because your pain isn't obvious for all to see.

I think that it's so important to give yourself permission to take the rest that you need and to not see the time you spend trying to get some R and R as time wasted - because it isn't. :hug1:
