I'm so, so sorry to be having to post on here again, but I'm really, really scared of how I'm feeling. I feel like I want to give in and commit suicide. There is only so long I can keep fighting for and I've reached my limit.

Hi Angelflower,
Please get help, phone 111/999 I know you've had a bad experience. Do let the paramedics in they will help you.
I hope the Drs do more this time to help you.
Phone your counsellor/therapist when you can.
I'm here for you.
Take care honey

I'm too scared to let anyone in. They've only just repaired the doors to my flat and the main door. I think I'll phone the Samaritans. I don't think my support staff in the office will believe me. As for mental health matters, if they think I'm at risk and I won't take action, they'll phone the police and I don't want that. Thanks for your support. xxxx

Thanks for your support.

I saw my care co-ord this morning. She was trying to get me to look at warning signs and come up a plan, something which I found difficult. I wasn't trying to avoid it. Is just hard getting my head round it. I went and got my bloods done for clozapine. Then the support staff where I live organised a cinema trip. I saw Mamma Mia Here We Go Again. Was a good distraction. Back in my flat now. xxxx

So sorry you are feeling this way. Please don't give in to a hopefully temporary situation with a permanent decision. Yes, life is hard and it can seem like nothing will ever change, but life has a way of unexpectedly taking twists and turns. It sounds like you might be seeking help, so please consider texting HELP to 741741 before taking any drastic actions. Please try to hang in there and seek help to keep moving forward.
