I am much older than you and I can tell you that life is tough. You have to try to cope. You will recover, have faith. No woman is worth your life. @Nancourt today is my birthday and I also feel like shit, but all i am thinking is how to overcome this depression. I lost my job , i have depression and anxiety and other health issues. I am trying to solve these issues even when I find myself in the depths of depression.

She is young too and probably isn't ready for a serious relationship yet. You are the one I am worried about though. Depression causes blinkers on us and we can't see anything but the darkness. But there are always ways through it and you can make it with us supporting you through this darkness. Keep talking. Are you able to talk to MH services about how you are feeling?

Actually you have no idea what I was going to say to you. But it goes along the lines of people have to hold on and live through much much worse case scenarios in life than a lover leaving them. They really do. Now you may deserve this that or the other I don't really know - I don't know you. But what I DO know is that the other people around you who love you (mother father sister brother best mates employer work colleagues granny grandpa etc) they don't deserve your death by suicide. Now it may well be that this is truly a cry for help and the balance of your mind is slipping to a point where you maybe cannot stop yourself from acting. Please do not hesitate to talk it through with a professional in a safe environment. Phone NHS 24. Go straight to A and E. You really must.

frankly i really don't care what guilt they might feel when im gone. they couldnt care less when i reached oput for help.

and also im not wishing for that because i want attention.
