I would say do the opposite: try to forget this rather than keep on searching for nothing. You waste your time, your energy with this and it keeps you entangled. Fact checking the reality by yourself at this stage can become and endless loop, it’s up to you to slow down with this.

In hindsight what I told you to do, probably wasn't a good idea. You've been creating a lot of threads on the topic. Have you tried abdominal breathing? Maybe that can calm you down.
