or your consultant is useless like mine

x
I see a different bloke every time i go, which is six or three months depending on how ill I am.

I know its a bit obvious but CAB, Mind or Rethink could help with forms but I found Re Think best to useless at times.... but the meet ups were ok.

I hate form filling, but then again I am pretty useless at most things.

I go to CAB to fill in my benefit forms but CMHT writes supporting letters. In my area GPs don't write benefit letters but I know some people see someone from Mind regularly, I used to too but think I've gone too complex and severe for her now, but she also writes supporting letters for benefit purposes.

For what it's worth, I wouldn't recommend you discharge yourself from services Lu, you need their support and I really hope you get it. Take care honey  xxx

I doubt very much that they will discharge you hun, but for peace of mind you could ask an advocate to talk on your behalf to try and sort things out so you get a long term plan and some reassurance of what's going to happen. Take care honey  xxxxx

I agree, don't discharge yourself from services, those services are vital especially now days where help and support is very thin in regards to getting any kinda help around benefits.

In my area its impossible to get an appointment with CAB and MIND are getting weak and are not able to help people like they used to. GP's are useless most avoid writing any supportive letters like the plague.
