It's not that I don't like your posts I am trying to help you. And why others on this forum aren't doing so is beyond me.

Don't want or need your help. I get plenty of help from users on this forum that I appreciate.

Is it a voice or voices you are hearing sallimae76? Have you taken medication or spoken to someone about it? Medication prescribed by a Doctor might help quieten it down.

Yes. He repeats 24/7 "I'm mad" "Ape" "I'm an ape" "burn" "I can't believe it". I will take medication when my health insurance kicks in on October 1st.

As unpleasant as it is: these voices are your own subconscious thoughts, be kind to yourself, don’t drive the mystical path that entangles you more in the delusions

It's an open forum in a country with fredom of speech so tough. I'll keep posting? And can you answer my question if part of you doesn't know your mentally ill why are you posting this on a mental health forum? Either that or your just yanking chains and intentionally triggering people.

That must be so difficult for you. If you distract yourself does the voice quieten down? Can you speak to someone before the 1st October about what you are hearing?

You still haven't answered the question about mental health. Anyway hope the medication helps on October the 1st, must be a bitch living in a country without universal health care.

I think the “messages” you get from these voices have an immense value for a good psychotherapist that could work with you for the sexual abuse and sexual issues you face.

I call the suicide hotline everyday to talk to someone. As a county employee, I have some free limited counseling (8 free sessions), that I can go to without insurance. I am speaking to someone on Thursday about the voices.

Keep talking to people sallimae76 and posting on here too. It must be horrible trying to manage with limited resources. You are a very brave lady.

The one person that hurt me most during my tough time was a psychiatrist that really hurt my feelings, but after I got back on my feet I realised that he was so right, I just didn’t want to accept. Sometime (actually pretty often for some) we need to be pushed of our comfort zone to make a change.

Well sometimes Metta in Buddhism has to be a slap instead of a pat. Hence the wrathful deities in Tibetan Vajrayana.
