I’m really keen to hear people’s experience of finding they have been trafficked

Trafficking made me forget my childhood’s earliest days and that’s I had been a child soldier and really done bad things

Devastated at what I’ve done I’m even more devastated to see how deceitful people have been in hiding it from me

If you coped how did you cope I have to know!

I'm sorry to hear of your experience. I don't have any similar experience fortunately. Have you seen your GP about this, or spoken to them? There will be help out there for you.

Hi @Slekiplisse

Im sorry for what you went through. I don't want to share my story here but I can relate.

You cope by seeking out professional help working through it. Are you seeing a therapist?

Hugs

It is really good you are going to have psychotherapy. I think it will help you a lot. It is understandable to cry.

Moving from all loved places is very emotional. It is normal to block it out or over think over situations. I'm sry u went through this.

Psychotherapy

Yeah I know you’re right
I know you’re right

But a normal social life?
I know... it’s patience

It’s patience
Waiting for the right time to come

I’m taking the view that’s it’s not the time for a family get together when you’re still in the ambulance

It’s going to be a hollow or soft place in my memory

I just find it hard to believe
I was so good to my family

I thought ...”just everyday challenges from now on”...

Then found I know how to use a gun!
And I can remember communism.

A soft and hollow place is a place to be alone for a while

It’s hard to accept

Thanks for listening
