I keep getting anxiety swings and I hate it

I've always been one to get worried quite a lot, but usually it lasts an hour or so and I get over it.
But now I genuinely can't stop worrying at all, like 2 days straight all I've wanted to do is sit with my family because I can't focus on doing anything.
I've been worried sick about college recently because I'm failing a class I don't even have that much on an interest in doing.
I've already applied to join a different college in the summer and there's a good chance I'll get in so I don't even know why I'm worrying so much.
But everytime I start to feel calm and feel good about myself. My brain starts worrying again. The past 2 days have been a complete blur because of it.

I get anxiety around studying too
can be pretty stressful. I'm ok with paperwork
its the interactions can be difficult sometimes for me
I'm trying to pace myself
put it all aside and have a good break from it
do something you like just for fun

and talk to people about it if you can

I have anxiety too and this just happened to me ... my mind had created a perceived problem with this other person. This brought on the worry about what I might have done wrong or said something wrong, all kind of different scenarios, tension , etc ... until she asked what I was worried about, we talked and I realized I had made up the anxiety for a problem that never existed. Here’s the main point though ... once I “resolved” the problem, that is realized there really wasn’t a problem, that only then could I let it go and finally relax (about that problem , that is)
Anyways my advice is to quickly find resolutions to the things that are causing you your anxiety .. at least that’s what I’m going to try 🙂
