Hello guys, I'm just a engineering student who struggles with anxiety. The situation get worse by the day so I'm hoping to get good advices here and start livong my life normally

Well I don't really know what to tell you. The financial issues, the family and friends, worries about my university, unability to find a girlfriend, the last one makes me really desperate and pathethic, the last time i got lucky was like a year ago and this was a one night stand and we were both drunk as hell.
My family is a mess, father drinks and brings no income whatsoever, mother is retired and very sick, has a very small income. I feel like im 90 years old, I barely do something for 2 hours and i must rest a bit, i cant sleep properly, my 86year old grandpa is more healthy than i am. I have panic attacks often, at first it was like one time in a few months but now it is almost every day, I litterally fell like I'm having an heart attack and i feel like Im dying, my extremities an sometimes face and chest get numb, it feels like electricity, during the panic attack i can't even breathe properly, i had hiperventilation and racing heartbeat but I managed to control it whrn i found out what this episode actually is. Sometimes it gets triggered when I eat a lot, sometimes I can't even walk but have to drag myself on the floor, my hands sometimes ger cramped, lying besides someone and holding their hand seems to calm me down a bit.
I simply can't function through the day normally, someone would think I'm lazy but they wouldn't understand that this is a illness that causes everything. I can't even drink coffee because it makes me sick, nicotine also causes simmilar problems and could trigger panic attacks.

I really feel for you. I too suffer anxiety, and I know just what a hideous feeling it is. I can't offer any solution as I still haven't figured how to deal with my own issues, but rest assured you aren't suffering on your own!

I think if it were me I would seek the help of Health Professionals... other than that I wonder if your panic attacks are brought on through the stresses of your current situation. For me some Mental Health conditions are related to our perception of ourselves and our situations. Again if it were me I would look at my current quality of life, and look at the areas that are giving me the greatest concerns, and make a list of what I can do to improve things. I personally find the second I start to take action on the causes of things affecting me, the effects start to diminish. You also mentioned the need for a girl-friend. I don't find you desperate or pathetic, and you shouldn't be so hard on yourself. Self-esteem can have a huge boost through joining clubs, societies etc. (on-line aswell) and getting involved (you might even find your next girl-friend there). What worked on a confidence level for me was joining a Martial Arts club, and the physical aspects can be improved at your own pace (seek advice from a Doctor first though). Hope this helps. :)

Yes I have seeked help from my doctor and am visiting an psychiatrist since like two years ago and my situation only gets worse. What my main suspect is that taking benzodiazepines the last two years have made me feel worse and worse. I am still taking diazepam by this day but you shouldn't take them more than 4 weeks. This is our fucked up heathcare system. It all started with sleep problems after whick i got diazepam prescribed.
