Big hug from Lunar

You might be over-tired, Midnight. I feel a bit numb from exhaustion.

Bed is the best place for us - tucked up cosy with our fur-angels.

Hope you have a good sleep and wake up feeling renewed.

G'night hun xxxx

thanks Lunar

i know what triggered this

started at work

someone died at work
I'm so sorry - that must have been a shock.

If I was there to take care of you, I'd make you a hot, sweet drink and tuck you into bed. Dwelling on things in the small hours never ends well - too lonely and no distractions. The best thing you can do is sleep so that tomorrow you can function and cope better.

I've been sleeping so well thanks to Chris Walken's recommendation about listening to rainfall on You Tube (soft sounds to sleep to). The white noise just switches your brain off and is soothing. Perhaps worth a try if your mind is going round like a washing machine.xxx
