Just a guess here but maybe the fainting was due to starving yourself, like you talked about doing in the weighted blanket thread? I had that problem in the past too, your body can't function without nutrients.

Sorry for what you went through btw.

It is nice to be able to talk about it and what I mean by that some ridiculous stuff built up to this but what happened the first time another girl was giving me some grief I answered back and later that day I was walking to the stands at the sports field my boyfriend was playing just before I got there I was tackled from behind then put in a large duffel bag and carried to a tree I was tied to it and left there for hours the second time I was coming home late at night and I. Was grabbed from behind by another girl (I could smell perfume) I had a golf ball forced into my mouth and a bag put over my head I was tied to a post on a sports field and left there overnight this was on my 20th birthday
This is how I got ptsd

That was hard to write
Oh honey...that’s awful!!! What they did was wrong on so many different levels I wouldn’t even know where to begin. I’m so sorry that happened to you. I don’t know if you believe in Karma, but I do. What goes around, comes around. People pay for their meanness in one way or another without you ever having to lift a finger. You hang tight. You CAN make it through this! 🙂

I just don't know if I can
I collapsed again it always seems to be tied to a flashback
It doesn't hurt i just fall and don't feel anything but a few other people have worked out how to trigger my symptoms in a lecture so in the front row I start crying and screaming the I fall forward off the chair they recorded it and put it on Instagram

I don't think this is what caused this but I will ask about this but the first collapse was back when i was going to the gym so I don't think so but maybe

I suggest you talk about all of this with your therapist or whoever diagnosed you with CPTSD.They are there to help you

I have but I have been told meds aren't a good idea because they have side effects that could worsen the collapses

I didn't mean talk to them to get meds but rather to talk about all these issues you ate struggling with.If you are seeing a therapist or psychiatrist(im assuming you are since you said you were diagnosed with CPTSD)then you should be discussing the stress, the not eating, etc.so they can help you with it.

I have talked to my therapist and nothing has really been done yet except talking about it and being told what not to do also she told me what to do during flashbacks or after nightmares after these I'm often shaking for nearly half an hour often crying but a lot of this relies on you having friends or parents that are willing to help you I have 2 friends and my boyfriend I haven't mentioned what other people are doing to me they often record me having flashbacks or thrashing around on the floor and post it on Instagram

Well that's what you do,you talk about it and learn ways to deal with and manage things. It takes time,it doesn't happen instantly.

Learning to manage symptoms doesn't usually involve anyone else's help, you learn to manage on your own.It would be great if ppl had friends or parents to help but that's usually not the case. You need to learn how to self soothe, ways to ground uourself, coping skills that work for you.And it takes much time and practice

And sometimes you just gotta ride things out knowing eventually they will pass

I don’t know if this would help, but when I was going through the worst of it I tried meditation. Closed my eyes and focused only on my breathing . Blocked out as much as the external world that I could and when a thought came into my head I pushed it away and concentrated on the rise and fall of my chest. It helped.

PTSD doesn't go away but you can learn ways to manage symptoms when you've been triggered.

You need to talk to your therapist so he/she can help yoi We can make suggestions but don't know you or your situation like your T does.

Please do try it. Can’t hurt anything. It’s very relaxing and my head always felt a lot clearer afterwards. It’s not easy at first even though it sounds so simple because thoughts want to come creeping in. The more you meditate the easier it is give your brain a much needed break.
