Hey everyone,
if anyone is still active here, feel free to reach out to me. I would love to have a chat with someone who knows what this feels like. I relate so much.
Hey, maybe we can talk, I’m the same

Hi Qsert. I have been exactly where you are with no sense of self. However, for me, it was part of me having severe epileptic seizure disorders rather than personality disorders. Once I was on proper medication for seizures it stopped. I would NOT wish a seizure disorder on anybody but sometimes seizures mimic mental health and by working on the actual disease rather than the symptoms is the only way to truly cure somebody. I outgrew my seizures once I reached my mid to late 20s.

Have you talked with a neurologist as well as a mental health professional? I would recommend talking to both.

I feel a lot like this too. Its very unpleasant and disorientating. My background is from a violent home and it's affected me deeply in my adulthood.
