If I’m worried about something, I will eventually stop worrying about it but the very next day it’s right back there. It’s like an endless cycle. What do I do?

Well for me I have to "change the script" somehow.
Whether it be a chore or errand. Checking on my older neighbor.
Taking care of my cats. Feeding the birds in backyard.
Anything to take you away from yourself and make you realize
It is not all about you / us.
And usually we worry about stuff we can't even change or fix which is crazy.

Maybe discuss what is worrying you with someone even if it is someone on here? Getting things out sometimes helps some people...

Do you have someone to talk to? Call on the phone? That helps too.
