Idk what it is...my frustration, anxiety, depression, all of it is just making me go crazy...the smallest things make me antsy and irritated. I lose it at the smallest things that cause me the slightest irritation...what's wrong with me? :low:

Don't lash out. Go for a long walk or do some other exercise.

I can relate to this. I have anxiety and depression, and when it's bad I'm irritable and restless. I lash out at the slightest things. It's no fun. Sorry you are having a tough time. Are you talking to a medical professional? Maybe you need work to find a medication that will alleviate some of what you are experiencing.

You're stressed and tired. That's a perfectly normal reaction. I've got major problems with some projects at work and I'm stressed out as well. Been a wee bit cranky on some conference calls and I have to keep catching myself from being negative and cynical.

We do the best we can, but when you're frayed out you're more reactive than thoughtful.

I'm not on any sort of medication sadly. My mood goes from high to low, from cranky to happy within a span of a few hours, and it's bringing a serious strain

Could it be that you have bipolar disorder? I have a friend who has bipolar disorder and she thinks and acts like you do.
I've always wondered about that tbh. The one problem is living in a culture where mental health is not discussed as an actual problem. It's very hard to bring up to my family, because the usual outcome is not the best.

Unfortunately, I'm not seeing a medical professional. But I am talking to people I trust about what's going on. But I feel like if I keep this up, later on in life, I'll be a train wreck.

Lashing out never makes things better--it only gives a temporary relief but results in long term suffering (like itching a rash until it bleeds). If you can't find a way to control emotional outbursts then it is a good idea to see a professional and get medication if needed.
