I feel like I've lost my sanity at times.

Hello everyone, I hope you're all doing well.
I find myself, obsessing (subconsciously ofcourse) over the stupidest, smallest things... And its these obsessions that make me doubt the way I feel about the things I love most... This probably makes no sense, but these things just enrage me, it honestly feels like torture... And I just don't understand why I'm getting so hung up on such things, Im honestly embarrassed to confess what such things do make my head hurt... And the thing is, all this stress and anxiety, is self-inflicted.. And I don't know how to escape from this void... This hole I've dug myself into...
Though I don't have a doctors certificate to prove it, I strongly speculate what I have is OCD, I've put a lot of time into research and conversations with people who share almost my exact experiences, and so I have it on good ground that I do infact have OCD... Though, funny enough the lack of an official diagnosis makes me so anxious.

I can totally understand what is like to desperately want to know what's wrong with you but never being certain!! Without wanting to make any assumptions, but it might almost feel like everything is slightly wrong with you, at least that's how I feel at times!

When something enrages you, how do you react? What do you do once you are triggered??

I'm sorry this is happening, Charlie. I hope things get better for you soon. Remember that even though you don't have an official diagnosis, it's always okay to still look up OCD information to find coping skills. Regardless of what specific diagnosis you have, if looking up OCD things helps you, then it helps you.
