Welcome to the forum. Do you have a therapist or friends to talk to? I am happy you are reaching out on the forum. This is a good place to talk about things. I hope you find relief and feel better soon Lots of love and hugs Jules

I'm sorry. I failed to say hi or anything. I'm tremendously sorry. The welcome has been wonderful. Thank you.

I reached out to the first forum I found. I do have a docto and a therapist at the moment. But. I'm finding it very hard to travel to unknown places. Is there a way to do therapy via Skype?

My job as been accomindating but I feel like I'm milking it at this point.

I need to get out of the house without panic. I suffered a car accident that left me in a coma for a month. And I'm finding it hard to get in a car at all.

Thank you for listening. I am so new at even reaching out.

I’m sorry to hear about your accident it sounds as if it was quite bad, your fear of being in a car is understandable and will take time to overcome but with therapy you will get there. How are you on public transport can you use that. If you can try just sitting in a car to begin with, then when you feel comfortable go for a short drive as a passenger and build it up from there. You will get back to driving but it may take sometime

I have trouble with cars or just general travel
I was the passenger in a terrible car accident. I lost my best friend.

It's been almost 6 months since this debilitating tragedy. I'm an artist who if I take medicine..it dilutes my ability to cope. Aka I cant paint. It's so hard. It is such a toss up.

I'm becoming home bound. And it's just so hard. Thank you for listening.

Update: I went back to work. I'm struggling but I was approved to work half my hours from home. Day by day.

@KATKAY, I know what you mean about meds and creativity, I used to write a lot just for my own amusement and to satisfy the frustrated SF hack in me but with meds all that has dried up. Congrats on getting back to work.

Congratulations on going back to work. That's great that you can work part-time from home. I hope things continue to improve for you.

It's so hard to paint now. I miss it so much. But I'm leaving my house. Hopefully the artist in me will overcome it. And I wish the same for you. ❤
