I was having an okay day. I got called off from work which made me happy. I was watching teevee and coloring, just relaxing and this feeling just sunk in. I don't want to be alive right now and I don't know why. Things were going okay today, I shouldn't feel this way. Now I'm thinking about SH just to feel better even tho I'm almost a week clean. I just don't want to be alive
