The negative is you end all your potential, while there's life there is potential.

Can you tell me why you feel this way?

If I'd have given up when life wasn't going well for me from the age of 21 to 36 or I'd have thrown in the towel when I began hearing voices I wouldn't have the exciting life I have now (exciting by my own standards at least).

I believe life has ways of surprising us if you just give it a chance.
