Hello my Fairy friend.

Am sorry to read that you are finding it difficult to find the words to express your feelings.

When I feel like that I sometimes find it helpful to read through people's journals or posts on other threads, looking to see if I can identify with other people and how they feel. That sometimes helps me .
I hope you are taking good care of yourself. When the urge to SH comes upon me I try to distract myself by finding something to do to occupy my mind - colouring, having a shower, attempting a crossword, or even playing games online. I used to love playing Scrabble online.

A friend also helped me put together a happy box. It is just a small box that has things in it which mean a lot to me - cards from special people, photographs, a picture from years ago that my niece drew of me and my dog etc. Things to change my mood.
