I don’t know what I’m feeling

I don’t know if what I go through really counts as a disorder or anything but I just wanted to post this to see if anyone else has felt this before.

So in certain situations I tend to get really irritable. For example whenever I go shopping with someone about 10 minutes in to the trip I get this feeling like I can’t stand being in the store anymore, I kind of feel it’s just like a switch that goes off that makes me feel like I need to leave. I feel like anything that the person does, that I am shopping with, makes me super annoyed and I feel like I could start crying because I get so worked up. My mom even notices when this starts to happen because my mood changes super quick and she always says something along the lines of “why do you always get like this when we go shopping?”

None of these things usually happen when I’m by myself, it’s always when I’m with other people. So I don’t really know why this happens to me.

Hey there and welcome to the forum!
Sometimes anxiety can act like this. I know in my case it certainly does. I get frustrated easily when I’m anxious and sometimes it can come across as anger when I really want to get out of a place quickly.
Is it just when you leave your house or is it other times when you’re in the company of others?

Neither? I think it just happens in certain situations, like the shopping situation is the most common time it happens for me.
