i keep thinking about Ebony's last night with me  keep picturing her walking in circles like she did and falling down the stairs like she did  she wasnt aware either me or Tigger was even in bed, didnt even know where she was putting her paws and normally she was fussy about where she put her paws if it didnt feel right she wouldnt stand there

the other thing that i cant stop thinking about is that other forum and cant shake the thought that it was my fault how i got treated there despite the reviews on the review site all having a go at the mods admins there idk if i should go back to that forum with a new account and get treated bad by them again cause i deserve to be treated bad

I think those two past traumas are still hurting you badly, Midnight - understandably so. I completely understand your feelings about Ebony - it's so painful being a pet owner, at times.

If it's available in your area - I think perhaps you would benefit from some free counselling sessions through 'Steps To Wellbeing'. It might really help to talk these things through and get some closure and peace of mind.

You don't need a G.P referral - just phone them yourself. You will get a scheduled call from them to find out what you're struggling with and then offer you some sessions to sit and talk with a trained counsellor. I think maybe you need some time just for you - and a real person in your corner to talk to every week and unburden some of your pressure.

If that sounds like it might help, just google the details for your local area.

Sending you a big hug and lots of love

Can I respectfully suggest that you don't Midnight Phoenix? They've already upset you and seeing them here seems unlikely to help you. It's generally best to try and move on and not dwell on problems from the past.

does doing self harm make me a bad person? :sorry:
I self-harmed today - I smoked three cigarettes one after the other in less than ten minutes.

I can't change it - I'm just re-focused on not doing it again.

We're not bad people. xxx
