I struggle to sleep too. It's currently 3:00 AM where I'm at and I'm still wide awake. One thing that helps me is melatonin. Have you tried it? It's a natural sleep aid so you don't have to worry about side effects or anything as your body naturally produces it. If melatonin doesn't work then I read until I fall asleep or until morning breaks and I try again tomorrow night. Sorry if this isn't helpful. I struggle with insomnia too so I understand but sadly don't have many solutions to offer you.

thank you Mr InfiniteRectangles i love reading books, i will try it ,i never knew that reading books till you fall asleep could sleep maybe plus it's a great idea to spend time and don't feel lonely at night when demons come and f*ck you up. i was freaking out that i was crying and it happened twice in one night .

trazodone would ensure you get a good nights sleep and is also helpful for depression, consider speaking to your doctor about it

I agree Trazodone is good for helping to sleep and it is not so addictive or difficult to stop as taking a benzo. I think it would be a good thing to consider. It's not a good idea to try to go with little sleep for an extended period of time.
