When did you last leave the house?
Do you live alone?

You will feel better soon, we just have to put our heads together and work out what you can do

Nobody is perfect, always remember that.

I get you. I feel similar...I just want to be entertained though. I'm bored.

Hopefully, it will get better.

Sorry to hear you've had a difficult year. You are definitely not alone!

I find it helpful when my mind won't switch off to use a 5 minute rumination technique where I set a timer for 5 minutes to think about everything, then ask myself if I've got any closer to solving a problem, have developed a better understanding of something or if I feel any better because of it. Usually the answer is no then I try to distract myself. And to try to notice as well if its something I can do something about now or if its a hypothetical worry. Doesn't work for everyone, but might be worth trying.

I hope you feel better soon and thinking of you.
