Its been triggered by situtations at school that I would prefer not to go into, but I am worried about my position

Can you get busy doing something to work off some of that anxious energy?

Anything will help,even if it's cleaning something out or washing down a wall.

I am doing a physical assesment on some on in an hour so that should help
