I am a loser.
Im never going to graduate.
I will never have normal healthy relations with people
I am tired
I miss my brother
I hate my life
I am stressed out
I am failing a class
I will never have the things i want
My therapist changed times of our meetings after 4 years
I quit - I m going back to bed.

My therapist changed the times I will get better results . I feel healthy , I feel happy , I feel successful ! say that out loud everyday 9x
Your homework assignment is to read the book Pollyanna (its on net free) a young girl who turns everything into something good. Class dismissed haha :)

Going back to bed is OK for now
Do what is best for you.
You are grieving and have had so much to cope with.
Everything takes time.

Using positive language helps a lot, as goofy as it may sound. Even if you're just joking, negative language affects your own perception of yourself. It's VERY hard to do, especially when you're really depressed, but just try to catch yourself using negative language and just switch it to something positive, even if you don't believe it.

Eventually you can program yourself to avoid using negative remarks through repetition, preventing you to avoiding language that will trigger you.
