Hi R_Sxo,

I am happy and pleased to confirm, I have dropped a few pounds away f rom under 10st. keeping inmind my petite height build and weight, I am now weighing nearly 9 and a half. Going downwards, not back up again.

I am hoping that over this valentine's weekend, I will be doing my tradiitonal was going to be low impact salacise the planning for the work out has since changed, and contemporary dancier and toning combined fitness dvds, 2 fitness dvds t o allow time, 1 and a half to 2 hours.

Sorry to hear that your health wasn't great, but glad that things are getting better now. Weight is defo going in the right direction too, so you're doing great! Hopefully the storms haven't made things too difficult for you, know how annoying they can be from your past experiences.

On my end, hoping to work harder at my diet now - have been celebrating over the last couple of weeks so wasn't easy to keep calories down haha! Hoping to hit the gym and keep diet under control to keep my weight down too :D

I managed to do my workout. Bascially, just low impact traditional aerobics.


I am now feeling fitter and more toned up, in time for volunteering, later, mid morning.

I am pleased and happy to confirm, I am now weighing between 9 and 10 making it 9 and half stone. much away f rom 10st now.


I still have the ongoing problem of my psorasis, in the main my right leg isn't now at all painful.

I am hoping to do a workout over this weekend.

Heya Natalie :) Glad that you're feeling a little better, and that you've kept your weight down nicely, you've done really well!!

On my end, had some extra time so managed to get a couple more workouts done, and have recently felt up to increasing the intensity as well, so feeling pretty good on that front. Getting close to my weight goal now, hopefully not too long to go so I can go back to eating much more haha!x

Well, that's where we'll differ, apart from what with the terrible, miserable weather pulling me down, therefore I had to have overeaten between meals, and maybe had had too many cinnamon whirls too, I am surprised that I am keeping the extra weight off.

I am endeavouring t o get to close size 14, in jeans size wear, whether that will ever happen, who knows.

i have done some volunteering on Tuesday.

I have been seen by my strong mutual admirer, on a couple of occasions. We have actually spoken, on one of these occasions.

Hi Folks/Hi All, Morning All,

I have about half an hour back, completed and terminated my workout session.

It was basically a traditional, and contemporary modern aerobics, and toning work combined.

I'm now feeling fitter and toned, up much more and de-irritible. Feeling in tp top shape condiiton in time for monitoring and to follow up any volunteering requests, for ad hoc tasks, or what we call, additional long term/permanent volunteering roles.


I am listening to music and on line combined.

I have completed my low impact salsacise workout.

Tomorrow, hopefully, I'll feel to workout slightly harder and faster.


Dieting wise; absolutely fine, though I must admit t hat because of disruptive sleep on Sunday overnight I overate, yesterday in the day and onto early evening.

Any advice for the opposite; putting lean muscle on? I started hitting the gym 6 weeks ago; 2 - 2 1/2 hours a day, 6 days a week. I eat oatmeal w/ banana for breakfast. 2 cans of tuna with 1 Tbs of olive oil mayo for lunch.
Afternoon shake of 4 eggs (raw), 2 Tbs peanut butter, 1/2 banana, 1/4 cup rice milk and handful of ice.
Dinner is something similar to roasted chicken breasts with Brussels sprouts. Maybe 1 peanut butter cup for dessert. Coffee in the morning then switch to water the remainder of the day.
I’m 47 (soon to be 48) weigh 171lbs I had a doctor’s appointment several weeks ago and at that time I weighed 180 - so I’m actually losing weight instead of putting muscle on?!

Ive always had a terrible self image; being the skinny kid (nicknames like stick, etc) still haunts me in my 40s.That feeling of shame and worthlessness is a hurdle I struggle with on a daily basis (not just physically but mentally and emotionally). It’s a slippery slope (amongst a plethora of other underlying issues) that has led to an Anxiety disorder and depression.

After a much better overnight of deep sleep, waking up at 5am, which is more my time to wake up, and i then did my low impact salsacise workout.

I oveate yesterday, due to good sleep, my diet intake amounts wise, has greatly improved.

I let myself skip a little today; had a 12oz soda and meatball hoagie ... back to a better diet tomorrow! (Me today - 171lbs - one month from my 48th bday).
