Hi Folks, Evening All,

I wasn't able to workout this morning, drat and double drat, it was because I was very much asleep.! Mind you, the quality of sleep is important, too, I am astutely aware.

With volunteering items on my mind at the moment, and I am awaiting confirmation for a re-arranged further interview, as well, I might not be able to sleep as well overnight, so hopefully Imight be able to do a workout tomorrow earlier morning, overnight. Iprefer to workout withouit the interruption/disruptions of door or p hone, or emails, and more emails, to monitor about, so I find that the overnight earlier morning is a very good time for me to workout, i can concentrate very much better.

Have a good week all,

Best regards all.

Natalie.

Hi Folks, Hi all,

Well, again, I couldn't workout, owing to the fact I was asleep.

I'll try tomorrow to workout, or in the day time, when parents are out shopping, I might go into living room and workout then.

Have a good week all,

Best regards all.

Hi R_Sxo,

Thanks very much. I know a matter of a few days, into the following week, at one point I was trying to clear throat like mad, I;m over that now. Much much better.

Thanks, again, I am looking forward all being well to the interview on Thursday morning.

I have a meeting for volunteering if you will, a bit like seminar slightly workshop about volunteering on Monday; it's just me, and the leader for the meeting.

Have a good week.

Best regards now.

Hi Folks,

As I happened to have been so fr azzled, on Friday evening, I sh an't bore you all to the plague with details, not now any way, my weight has gone up! Almost above slightly 10st.

I think owing to the frazzled status, I happened to have ate much more yesterday.

And we had together with parents, a meat meal, kosher, on Friday night, and I had a kosher vegetarian lunch yesterday, my mistake ther? i shouldn't have had chips within the meal.

Now, hopefully tomorrow, I shall get a workout going done.

Have a good week, all,

Best regards all.

Natalie.

Hi Folks,

I realised in review mode, that I hadn't properly adjusted the weight bar line, to naught properly, so that's how and why it looked much more weight than usual. I am weighing 10 however going down towards the 9st level, not upwards.

Also though, I need to cut back and down on bread sandwiches, and the pots of noodles whereby just add hot boiling water method. I am going to try to stick, so to speak, with reheating slightly in the microwave and grilling, kosher non meat in the style of meat chicken basically, vegetarian meals, and with hopefully coleslaw, not chips, and hopefully, my weight should come down.

Oh yes, combined with working out too. Now I'll suspect that tomorrow I will be up earlier, than I was today, and all being well, I'll get my low impact salacise workout going done.

Have a good week all,

Best regards all.

Hi Folks,

I happened to have been up earlier, so I was able to get a workout done.

It was just a basic, traditional low impact aerobics workout. I only managed to do a half hour, as I was feeling tired in my upper arms.

Have a good day all,

Best regards all,

Natalie.

In regard to weight loss, I managed to lost 40 lbs over the course of 2016 as part of a New Years Resolution - with my physical and mental health in a gutter, I decided to invest my effort and time into health and fitness, and progressed from a lazy, overweight consumer of junk food, into a healthy, active and fit individual :)

If you like to work with numbers (like myself), a calorie counter can be very useful for losing weight. Increase protein intake while cutting calories, cut junk food, and set a moderate weight loss target of about 1-2lbs a week for long-term, sustainable weight loss. If you like to work with feelings, I'd start with a calorie counter to increase your awareness of better food choices, and once you're used to it, you can use feeling to determine how much you eat.

Remember that weight loss is half diet and half exercise. The recommendation of 150 mins of exercise a week will get you frustratingly slow results - I'd recommend atleast an hour of exercise a day, which can be done easily by going for a leisurely stroll in the company of Mother Nature :)

Sticking to a routine makes it more habitual to eat clean and get lean, so remember that whenever you feel tempted to reach for that chocolate bar, you're slowing your own progress. Knowing that your actions will delay a long-term goal is a great reinforcer for cleaner eating :)

Finally, do not use a weighing scale repeatedly. Spending more time on a scale will not force your number down, when you could be using that time to be skipping rope or doing a quick bit of cardio. Weigh yourself no more than a couple of times a week - cannot stress this enough.

Message me if you'd like any help with losing weight - happy to assist in any way I can <3
i got a question already: what if we can't work with numbers due to number dyslexia?

Hi Folks, Hi All,

I am pleased and feeling happier to report, I have dropped off some weight now, now weighing slightly under 10st. So going in the right direction.

I am going to really harder and try not to snack, in between meals, and get more hopefully regular exercising done.

I am h oping to workout to my low impact salsacise dvd segment, over this weekend.

Early week, I plan to workout in low traditional/contemporary modern dancier and toning workout dvds combined.

Have a good week all,

Best regards all,

Natalie.

Hiya Natalie!x

Glad that you're feeling better, and that you're still working hard on your diet - keep at it!x

Hey Midnight - good question! If numbers aren't your thing, then there are other ways. Some people advocate a food diary (no calories, just what you ate), and tracking things that way. Then, you can try cutting out/replacing more sugary/fatty foods to improve diet. Another way you could go is a more 'naturalistic' approach - that is, relying on your body to indicate when it is hungry, while ensuring that you drink plenty of water. Some people argue that the body knows when and how much you should eat, so you could try that (personally I find that this isn't as effective though).

Welcome to the thread, @LORD BURT!x
