On my end, I'm forced to stop my workout routine for a while due to injuries. It's frustrating, as I like to be up and moving, but I guess now is the time to relax and recover :) Hoping for a quick recovery!x

Hi Folks,

Due to the fact I have to try to pre book up for the class of zumba gold, on Tuesdays, hopefully mum and dad shall replace the dvd unit next week, I am therefore then hoping to resume my fitness gradual, training to my fitness dvds, and allowing for New Year, and I might go to the odd class in September, of advanced zumba, I'll go regularly in November, of Zumba, on Wednesdays, for 9.30pm. And hopefully, I'll get to combine with my volunteering jobs, either in my charitible main base, or, in my 2nd other organisation.


it's basically because I have to try to pre book, and that is now a turn off, for me, for classes in at the Leisure Centre, not far from me.

I am intending to get a couple of more chair exercising done, and then I'll switch over to in home standing base normal workouts.

Heya! I'm doing as well as I can be, haha! How about you, hope you're doing okay?

I'm not too sure as to how to be honest, but one injury became two, and so on. I'm getting some medical support, hoping to be fit enough by New Years to resume training at the gym, but we'll have to see. I'll admit, I've got myself in quite an awkward situation :D

Hi Folks,

My weight has gone up! Oh no! Only slightly up. I do plan to seriously revamp my dieting and fitness.


I did have a whole jacket potato with my meal last night, and I might have had 1 too many slabs of chcoklate as well.


i seriously plan to reduce the amount of pots of noodles which I make up with added water, and stick with subs, and also, I plan to reduce the number of normal bread sandwiches with peanut butter as well.


I plan to revamp my fitness, and I have just bought a brand new for me, fitness dvd.


I am planning hopefully to get to advanced zumba, on Wdnesday, before i help out for volunteering.

HI Folks,

I happened to have weighed, and where my weight was slightly above 10st! in the previous week, it has now dropped back slightly, with the measurement line hovering around at the 1 part of 10st, so it's going in the right direction. Slowly.


I am hoping to do my chair fitness session, later on today.


We haven't managed to obtain our new dvd unit yet, that will happen, though.

In terms of fitness centre, it's impossible, for a non member, to be booked in for a class. I'll keep to non member style classes, which aren't attached within a liesure centre, I think.

Hi Folks,


I ha ve been weighing just on 10st, my weight went up slightly, ouch.


I am seriously rebooting to eat less, particualarly in between meals.

On the fitness side of things, my brother has now had his cable ordered and delivered for the new dvd unit, so on Monday he'll set up, for mother to watch dvds, and for me for fitness workouts.

I can't plan my zumba-ing just yet, the weather is going to take a turn, somewhat, so I'll wait for another couple of weeks, home working out i know I can certainly do, and without paying.


I hope all are well, Hi to R-Sxo, I hope youre injury recovery is going as revised planned?

Ah that's okay - weight will fluctuate a little, just keep it in check and you're all good! Glad that the DVD unit is finally coming along so you can get going. How have you been otherwise?

Thanks for asking! It'll be a long process, but getting the support I need. I'm able to do a little exercise which shows some improvement, which is encouraging - I'm going in the right direction so that's nice :)

Hi R-Sxo,

Thanks for your post. Are you undergoing any phsyio work at all, because I feel that with the correct guidence, from the physio therapists, they will show how to do any moves as such correctly.

I had a pleasant start, during shopping before now, i noticed a particular gym, set up next door to the cafe where i regularly get my once or twice a week spaced out lunches from, and, apparently i couldn't push or pull the door, i felt strange they should be open for business. I am wondering at the turn of 1pm, if they haven't, - that branch , closed down. Hmm, interesting, I shall research them on line, and see what I can muster. If muster is a word to use, in this respect. I'd be interested to learn, from this gym type, if they allow for drop in prices, and class attendance combined, without taking out so to speak, a full or partial membership rate. I haven't checkthem out on line, yet, no.


By the way, my head is now so much more better! Just have to keep and veer off, from sugary food stuff, and annoyingly, I am on a sugar based mental health med, and have been, since 2007.


I am going to try to do my chair fitness at some point this week, if and I mean if, there are not too many more helicopters lurking about, there have been a good few, spaced out, which noise wise, very low is very dehibliatating for me. And I have mental health issues. Such as paranoia, well, we just had a helicopter travel, hovering about just now.


I am scheduled to take my dose at 4pm, so far, however and I am experiementing for my sleep patterns, it's not working,! I might just have to bring forward my dose of 25ml, to 2.30pm.


Apologies for diagressing, only annoyingly for me, and since I was little, i haven't liked even the sight of helicopters, especially the nosie, coming off from them, and there was still a helicopter lurking just now, hopefully it will be more peaceful, dare I cover, for the late aft ernoon/early evening, one should llike to think.


I will settle down, into music listening and knitting, with a bit of strong luck.


Hopefully, on Wednesday morning, I can workout to the new dvd unit and I have bought hopefully a further new much better, and looking more appealing, fitness dvd.


Oh by the way, I happened to have seen my s trong mutual admirer/potential gent friend, on Wednesday, I am feeling very much happier, and more brighter between us. The thing is, I am not always in helping, or to visit for lunch, whilst shopping in the North West of London areas, and he is very much aware of this, and that's not at all, or i have i said, he's switched! No longer is he in his orginal field of work, he's in another department, now.

I am feeling happier for him.

Hi Folks,

I did my chair fitness this morning, and the next session, shall be earlier evening. Otherwise during the earlier evening part after 7-and towards 9pm.

Dieting wise, well, I have subconsiously cut back and down on packs of choclate pieces, right down, hardly have any jacket potatoes not too many these days, and I still have spaced out though noodles, and alternating with subs for lunchtimes.

Just late, we have been in the evening having meat based meals, chicken. with veg, I always request now, no normal style of potato at the evening meal.


i am experiementing with a vitamin and protein bar, these have sugar in, so it will be once or twice a week I'll have these.


My brother shall sort the dvd unit possibly on Tuesday, so allowing for any gliches hopefully not - I'll workout on Thursday.

The weather will and has taking its turn, so I'm going to put zumba gold on hold for the duration of the iffy and bad weather.


I am always drinking, soft drinks, cola for alerting and keeping awake better, having fruit teas, and having my blackcurrant and mineral water, when I have my anti anxiety med. Thank goodness my other all in one mental health med, is liquid, so measuring into a plastic cup!

I've lost almost 50 pounds in the last year and a half. Mainly from cutting bad carbs out of my diet and eating more fruits and vegetables. I'm hoping to be able to walk again soon. Maybe in 10 more pounds. Walking will be nice to add to my routine.

My brother has now set up the new replacement dvd unit which was handed to him, it's a long story, it's a reputable make, so that's something, we haven't tested it yet, we'll sort that at some point.

I have my new for me, whole programme of chair fitness wringing its way, to me, ordered from an on line source, and will arrive at my address tomorrow. I can't wait to preview (oops, sorry guys) the new chair fitness dvd, after I have received, I always act when it comes to fitness with safety in mind, so I don't just jump into the act and work out oh no, I always pre watch my fitness dvds a good few times, when brand new for me.


Dieting wise, very well, owing to the horrendous weather in the UK, London, I resulted into buying a couple of packs of choclate pieces, hopefully after this week, I won't have to do that...


I am hoping to get to zumba gold, on Wednesday 16th October.


So I now, at long last can't wait to get going - with my home working out - normal standing based workouts. If I know I'll have an off day, I plan to do my chair fitness workout instead.

So something is always so much better than nothing.

Yeah I am - not sure how useful it's been so far, but hoping that it does some good in the long run. Hoping to get better before any snow or ice sets into pavements, because that'll be bad news haha! I'm glad you're feeling better and happier now as well :)

If you're looking for a protein drink, UFit does great high-protein, low-calorie drinks, and they're easy to get (Tesco etc). Good to hear that the DVD player is up and running too - dance sessions are back on :D

My chair fitness new whole programme of chair fitness came today, so I'll be pre watching, later on in the afternoon, both in terms of safety aspects, and choreopgrahy. I'll pre watch a good few times.


Dieting wise, very well, not overeating, and keeping to my low food intake regime.


I hope to do my usual chair exsisting workout, later on today.

Hi Folks,

I have just seen my brand new, and american teacher lead, chair fitness dvd.

The choregraphy looks and is so much more entertaining, to do, and the choregraphy takes the form of cha cha cha, quickstep, foxtrot, and tango, to name a few. I will be looking forward to doing this dvd, mastering the warm up routine only first off though and maybe just while seated, one dance routine, over the weekend.


We have now got our new dvd geared up, and at any point on a day when parents, could be out, going to be going out shopping, or to visit somebody, people, on occasions, then, I'll be half prepared to get my normal standing based workouts done. Particularly however, during the wintry months and mum is resting during the whole afternoon, hopefully resting and not pottering about like mad, she has her afib heart to look after, and her tiredness in general, I'll more often than not, be doing my brand new chair fitness dvd, in the wintry months.

i'll hope to be going to zumba gold, classes, once a week, on Wednesday mornings, and when fitness is up to speed safely, I'll go to zumba within my care and community same location.

Now that my brother's order cable eventually was delivered, this week or last, I can hopefully if I happen to be up and about earlier, tomorrow, make a resumed start gradul, with working out.

I will do a 12 minute mini workout. Actually, no I won't, I will do my low impact salsacise workout.


I will do a 12 minute mini workout over the weekend.


And chair fitness.
