Hi R_Sxo,

Just to bring you up to date; I am now very much into the mode of working out - to my fitness dance, and very hard workout it is too, which at the moment I do need workout wise, fitness dvd.

I'm alright on the diet side of things, no overeating as such during in between meals.

And I have now happily returned, not yet, though I am on standby, for volunteering. I am always on call, and if anything should be suitable, I'm travelling to and from volunteering "like a shot".

I have been having since what with mum's fall, and she's anxiouis at the moment sky high, that I get very easily anxious at meal times, in the evening, she's going to make a GP appointment, and if need be, the GP might then refer her back, to the neurology department - privately.

Otherwise, I'm fine, very well. Had somewhat of hearing voices though, Wednesday, I'm fine now.

It's great to hear that you're driven to work out - that's just the kind of spirited talk I like to see! With good discipline over your diet and stable mental health (Wednesday's event aside), you're looking after your health and wellbeing very well indeed - well done to you!x

I managed another day this week, to get my workout done, of a hard, fun, fitness dance dvd workout segments.

I had to abort earlier than planned though, i am prone to aches and pains, from very wet weather, and cold, temperatures, so my legs were painful today, hopefully over the weekend, I can continue on a bit longer, i just would like to hascent to add - i never do workout not without warm up, stretch, the main component, and then either with floorwork, or without floorwork, stretch and cooldown. Personally, I don't do floorwork anyway, haven't done in years, I have a weak back, and once down, never would be able safely and quickly i know, it's happened to me, whilst working out, get up again. I'll leave floorwork for those who can manage to do that.

My sinuses have acted up, and i then completely forgot - i had ice cream, last night. Rats, I'll remember daily not to have too much ice cream, on a regular basis, otherwise ah, that will only happen.

I haven't been very well, with a boil behind ear, that is now very much better.

I can happily wear my glasses now.

Don't worry about not doing floorwork - while it is a great type of full body exercise to do, if it's not for you then don't feel you have to do it! There are so many other exercise types, including some you've introduced me to like chair-based fitness, so finding the one that suits you best is the key to success!

Sorry to hear about the sinuses, aches and boils - really hope you get better soon!x

Hi Folks,


This late Thursday night, (18th January) I was feeling peckage, I realised I couldn't really have my protein bar, as the time was very late, so I felt how could I counteract feeling peckish, so I felt, I'll listen to upbeat music, adn needlework still, thankfully the feeling peckish, has since gone.


We didn't have a heavy meal this evening, otherwise i would have been feeling full still.

I had a heard voice happen this evening.


I am intending to workout tomorrow morning, all being well.

I am looking forward to my Tai Chi session, on Monday. Next workout thereafter hopefully on Tuesday or Wednesday.

I couldn't manage to workout today, I was asleep...


Hadn't got out of bed until about 9.15am.


Hoping that on Tuesday, and what with me to monitor and follow up emails for volunteering work plan, that shoiudl encourage me to be up much much earlier.


My diet management is going very well indeed.

Hi Folks,


I happened to have been mental health unstable this afternoon, well, slightly paranoia. Anyway I had an idea, if felt ah, i know, I'll do my chair fitness segment, via a dvd. I still reep the same similar positivity and energetic benefits as of a normal workout.


I am now much much better and more stable again.


I'll get another session done, possibly this evening, otherwise, tomorrow, I'll be doing a normal workout, all being well, otherwise, chair based.

Hi Folks,


I had been slightly irritlbe, earlier on, the early evening, I have since taken one of my supplements to help me feel calmer, and more lifted, and is a great supplement for my skin condiitons.


I am very much into the working out mode now, thoiugh, I have been very tired as of late, and also, sleeping very well too, sleeping a lot longer, than I planned on.

Hopefully, I'll dance aerobics workout, on Tuesday.


I have a feeling i might have had a few too many baked potatoes at lunchtimes, I'll ah happily will cut down and back, on those, stick with either subs, and or normal bread style sandwiches, of fillings such as tuna, and tinned salmon.

Hi Folks,


Late last night, about 10pm, I was feeling hungry, I only had a sandwich for as my evening meal, anyway, focused on needle work, and music listening, that feeling had since gone.


I am having problems at the moment, via time management for my workouts, hopefully I can sort out something for next week forthcoming.


My diet management is working well, certainly not overeating too much, not in between meals, I'm pleased to say.

Hi Folks,


I happened to have had a bad night, couldn't sleep much more, from 3pm, or there abouts, extreme paranoia the cause, overall, just to wake me up in annoyance, and therefore, on the good side, I'll workout about 6am, this morning.

It will be traditional low impact aerobics, and a test workout within just to ensure everything's in managable order, and I'll then do a fun hard dance workout.

I had done my dance workout. I trialed a brand new fitness dance dvd, and the choreography wasn't too bad, and I was fine with it. I decided though not to do an extensive workout, i didn't wish to become too physically tired. That was my big error on Monday.


I'll next workout all being well on Saturday, actually no, Sunday, I'll be too busy the late week, I'll be very tired.

Hi Folks,

I have just completed a very long! and fun harder within workouit session. Consisted of traditional aerobics, commencing at about 6am by the way, then a hard segment of aerobic,s low impact, and also low impact dance aerobics workout, and a 2nd dance aerobics workout, and I did a thorough stretching at the end, also stretched here and there.


I am now happily feelind de-anxious, in terms of how i wasn't feeling last night, I can't wait to see my strong admirer now, on the 12th February all being well, weather wise, I use buses, and de-irritible, more fitter and more toned up, so shouild at any rate, or in any event, help to s tay asleep much better, for the 2nd time I ahd lack of sleep, overnight waking up, sapping me out of bed, at 4 call it am.


I think it might well be holiday excitement, looking forward to, to cause that.


Anyway, I hope to next workout - over the weekend.

Hi Folks,

I happened to have been up early and at a reasonable time, for me, 5.45am, so I thought right, I'll work out hopefully, I was thinking of working out earlier morning, in a short while, however, I've decided, I'll workout much later on about 10am.


My diet management is going very well, I'm just frightened weight watching wise, if I might forget, and end up gaining a bit more weight slightly following on from lunches out and dinner out, away on holiday.


Now I can't double up t he pace of my walking, because on occaisons in fact at all times, mum's a slow walker, so I need to keep close for me, and regardign dad has to know where I am at anyone time, and dad as well, so I can't really double up my pace of walking, what I am thinking of doing is, taking my fitness dvd with a chair base fitness on, and do tha t, via in the hotel rooms.

Hi Folks,

I shan't be able to workout for the next couple of weeks, it's too cold for my liking even to workout - indoors to my fitness dvds. I shall await, for 2 weeks, whereby temperatures should be much more favourable, and hopefully, I'll workout then.

When the house is very warmed up after when the central heating s on, for the afternoon evening, then daily I'll get a chair fitness session in. Not actual working out though.

Sorry to hear about the weather affecting your workout - it can really frustrating when that happens :(

Glad to see you're trying different workouts - switching it up all the time is the key to weight loss. Keep your body guessing!x

Weight tends to rise a little during holidays - I think it's okay to relax diet management on holiday. Of course, don't go eating 10 ice creams for breakfast, but you do want to be able to chill out rather than thinking about food all the time!x

Hi R_Sxo,


Just to bring you up to date, I over the past month, have been having a lot of sinuses headaches, and problems with my catarrh drip, I have a GP appointment on Monday morning coming, to debrief him of this, I might even happily have to return back to ENT, after many years since I was last in, to ENT.


Therefore, unfortunately, I haven't been able to workout as much as I would have liked to, over the past month.


Next month, I'm off, not that bad, away on holiday though with parents, so all being well, travelling wise, after back home, I'll seriously will make up for loss of time working out and the weather should have been greatly improved, after my holiday, not working out during January.


Ah, all being well, I'm hoping to get to community and care place for Zumba, advanced level this is, on the 28th all being well weather wise, the class is, early in the morning, yes, I'll set out, about 8,.10am, to get there for 9.15 am or thereabouts, in time for.


I hope things are well at your end, how was your GP appointment how did that go, by the way?

Sorry to hear about your health issues - wishing you a speedy recovery! Health comes first, so don't worry if you haven't been able to exercise as much. Whenever you feel up to it again, stick that dance DVD in and get moving again!x

Zumba classes will be great - getting moving to music, with other people - a great place to burn calories and make friends!x

Thanks for asking! My GP appointment went well, in that I didn't have any serious issues that needed reviewing! I've been very well recently, thanks!
