Hi R_Sxo,

I'm alright now, I'm fine. No more hearing voices, I'm pleased to report.

Yes, it was very much a scare, and gave me a big shock, plus acute anxieties in the process. I'm very much better today.

I c ouldn't get a workout done today, mum wasn't well with a migraine, and still not, so they hadn't gone out shopping, and I overslept in a deep sleep, overnight onto this morning, so at least I slept very well, anyway.

I might do a chair fitness session, later on today. I don't know just yet.

I always listen to music, apart fr om keeping on with my meds, to prevent the voices to flare up in the first place. The fall was for mother on my part, completely unforseen, and dads' as well unforseen for him.

Best Regards,

Natalie.

Once I get active, my body has always reacted quickly. Walking fast should do the trick. I can’t run like I want to anymore. My damn back and knees.

HI bippie71,

It's Natalie here,

I'm just wondering whether, if you might benefit, from attending chair exercise classes, you can still reep in the same benefits and rewards as normal workouts, only they are devised, for those who can't take the strenuous activity of fitness.

Now i'm not about to probe, where you might be living, I can't do that, if I can make a sugges tion that by way of searching on the search engine, for chair fitness classes in your area, or not to far for you to get to, and you can also still do t he walking as well, the chair fitness might help you to regain fitness better.

Furthermore, for your back and knees, I would recommend that you seek, physical, american term or physio therapy help, they'll be best qualified, to give you treatment, assesment, and also physio exercises to help the pains.

I hope a couple of my tricks might help you out in due course.

Have you tried taking the odd normal painkiller at all, to ease the pains in your back and knees?

Kind Regards,

Natalie.

There are alot of places that offer specialized exercising classes. Unfortunately I'm not financially equipped. I take one Aleve or 2 depending on my pain. My osteoarthritis is pretty bad and was diagnosed when I was 39. But I was in pain 3 years prior and decided to stop running daily.

I am planning to get walking this month, to see if I can boost my metabolism. I want to get into shape and slim down.

By summer I want to have a good fitness level so I can go hiking.

Hiya Natalie!x

Glad to hear that mental health has improved! And it sounds like things are getting back to normal with family, which is good - hope your mother gets well soon!x

And nice to see that you're still going strong with the chair fitness :)

Hi bippie71!x

Awh sorry to hear that - if you don't mind me asking, what happened to your back and knees?x

Hi burt tomato!x

That sounds like a good idea! Remember that exercise is half the battle - eating is also important. The standard advice of avoiding high-calorie processed food, increasing protein and water intake, applies here. And getting a food tracker will help to maintain a calorie deficit - perhaps starting with a deficit of 500 would be a good foundation, before adjusting according to your goal!x

Much love to all my wonderful weight warriors! <3

Hi Folks,

Due to the colder weather and bad weather as well, I'm not attending any form of zumba gold classes.

So therefore, I will just do either chair fitness, or a normal workouit to fitness dvds, when I worked out last, I did a fun hard low impact dance workout, which I enjoyed doing, hadn't done that one in a very long time, so I might repeat, that, or do something different, however, not without warming up, stretching, and cooldown and stretch, I never don't jump in to the main component, (unlike my strong admirer in a complimentary sense of course who went straight into playing football, because he i think it was the cause, didn't like to warm first, so in a sense, yep to get on with it! No, me, I always always, act with safety in mind, when it comes to fitness.

Oh and had I said, he ended up with sports injuries, due to the fact, he never had warmed up.

My diet management is going very well indeed, though what with this weather, I've resulted into having choclate again, sigh, not to over have choclate though, 1 pack or slab, on a day. And just after the bad weather in tow.

I hope all are well,

Yours in fitness, jokingly to follow, management,

Natalie.

Hi Folks,

I am half hoping that on Sunday, I'll do a normal workout. it will be a short - effective one, a mini traditional low impact aeroibcs workout.

i might still encorporate the chair fitness, anyway as an extra, for across the week.

Otherwise, I'll get a nor mal workout done, on Monday.

Best Regards All,

Natalie.

My diet management is behaving very well.

Hi Folks,

As mentioned elsewhere, I've been givien the go ahead in home front for volunteering - now, horray, and injconunction for the voluntary work tasks one needs to be fit and well. Physically i mean. I managed to get a workout done this morning, and I'll encorporate my days of workouts inconjunction for voluntary work tasks, on that day, in particular computerised tasks.

My diet management is going really well.

Best Regards All,

Hi Folks,

I am very much into the mode now of working out - I've worked on Thursday 11 January, getting a fun, hard dance workout done.

The one fact I'll be careful about, I won't workout on the day of volunteering, I'll be absolutely shattered.

I have gone back to volunteering now.

weight loss is ofcourse difficult, not because losing weight is impossible, but because it takes time, patience and consistency in doing all right things.
losing weight required proper planning and control over the food i.e what to take as a food and what not to. You supposed to follow strict weight loss diet and protocols

Hi R_Sxo,

Just to bring you up to date; I am now very much into the mode of working out - to my fitness dance, and very hard workout it is too, which at the moment I do need workout wise, fitness dvd.

I'm alright on the diet side of things, no overeating as such during in between meals.

And I have now happily returned, not yet, though I am on standby, for volunteering. I am always on call, and if anything should be suitable, I'm travelling to and from volunteering "like a shot".

I have been having since what with mum's fall, and she's anxiouis at the moment sky high, that I get very easily anxious at meal times, in the evening, she's going to make a GP appointment, and if need be, the GP might then refer her back, to the neurology department - privately.

Otherwise, I'm fine, very well. Had somewhat of hearing voices though, Wednesday, I'm fine now.

Best Regards,

Natalie.

Hi R_Sxo,

I managed another day this week, to get my workout done, of a hard, fun, fitness dance dvd workout segments.

I had to abort earlier than planned though, i am prone to aches and pains, from very wet weather, and cold, temperatures, so my legs were painful today, hopefully over the weekend, I can continue on a bit longer, i just would like to hascent to add - i never do workout not without warm up, stretch, the main component, and then either with floorwork, or without floorwork, stretch and cooldown. Personally, I don't do floorwork anyway, haven't done in years, I have a weak back, and once down, never would be able safely and quickly i know, it's happened to me, whilst working out, get up again. I'll leave floorwork for those who can manage to do that.

My sinuses have acted up, and i then completely forgot - i had ice cream, last night. Rats, I'll remember daily not to have too much ice cream, on a regular basis, otherwise ah, that will only happen.

I haven't been very well, with a boil behind ear, that is now very much better.

I can happily wear my glasses now.

Best Regards,

Natalie.

Hi Folks,

I couldn't workout today, it was very very cold this morning, and it took me some doing to get myself warmed up, ah, even though the heating came on like it normally does.

Anyway, I've been finer since.

Hopefully, early week, I'll workout then.

Best Regards All,

Natalie.
