I see quite often see methods of rational statements/thinking. How much have they worked on treating your SA (alot OR moderately successful)??

Hi moses199,

Rational-thinking strategies are really helpful! Taking a step back and assessing the situation with a clearer mind can be really useful, and weighing things up can help making decisions a lot! It feels great when you see that change in mindset cause a real improvement in a situation, that could've gone much worse without thinking twice!x

Much love <3

Oh ok i see, i never see any success stories from rational thinking though. I would say a 70% remission of SA is a success.
