I like all the illustrations, Kerome. I'm trying to use mindfulness with my transition to two days vegetarian, one day consuming meat, then two days veggie again, one day meat, etc. There's this hugely animal urge to eat meat. It comes up and I just let it be. I just feel it. And then I stick to the plan. And the vegetarian dish I cooked last night was much more delicious than the meat would have been. The meat is just a bad habit.
