how is everyone ?? anyone been on lighter life / cambridge diet & quetiapine munches

hey everyone!!!!!! what has everyone been up ta this weekend ??

Ive just come back from London for the weekend. Had an amazing time with my Mum, lots of laughs. Went to 02 to see strictly come dancing and done some shopping today :) Love going up London.

Whilst I was up london noticed how big I was and how I still need to lose alot more weight. I lose 1 1/2 stone last year but I still need to lose so many more, so I am first trying weight loss hypnotherapy but then thinking about lighter life, anyone been on this ???

I was also thinking about joining a walking club - im 27 tho, is it going to be all OAP's?? Im going to start running on my own but it kinda gets boring after a while........

Also, I take quetiapine and I have such a big appetite after taking it in the evening, does anyone have any tips to stop me eating so much ?? The evening is my downfall.

thanks

Walking is your best exercise. I've never used a walking club but I know a man who has; the initiation ceremonies are purportedly horrendous :)

Walking Clubs are the only people I pass and hear someone saying the words 'ox-bow lake' or 'triangulation'. ;)

Dogs are best to walk with, a working dog, like a collie or chiwauwau. Women are okay too if they can keep up.

my old mother used to make bread pudding my the tonne, but I never liked it... I do like deep fried pig fat in salt and the inners of a cow wrapped in a sheep's belly...............

you sound like a man who keeps a good table :)

o the smell though stan of your mother's home baking... fantastic

even if you dont eat it, that wonderful aroma from the kitchen...

bread pudding recipes always vary very wildly... its why i always hop at the chance to try someone's variety... and when it's baking.... ahhh.... take a seat in the kitchen and open a bottle of red my man .... :)
