It’s been very informative and given me much more knowledge about mental health amd B1/B2. I’m glad I found it so I can understand and be there to help my daughter. I plan on telling her about this site.

I’m wondering how beneficial you all feel this site is to you?

Thanks

It's been absolutely brilliant, I have had a very good handle on and awareness of my numerous conditions since my mother of all episodes 12 years ago and subsequent episodes of the same severity, but I have learned an awful lot here about my numerous conditions and how they interact and that quite of few of those interactions make me something on an anomaly to psychiatrists and mental health teams, even though I've only been here a short time

This site has been immensely beneficial for me. My wife is bipolar I and it was so helpful to read about the experiences of other people who are bipolar and get feedback/advice from them. There is a wealth of information on this site.

I doubt there is a better site that covers as much ground as this one and that is as active with so many posts every day. This one keeps chugging along because of many regulars and a stream of new people.
