I'm on and off my "ED behavior", sometimes I can keep the urge at bay for many weeks and only break the success for a couple days, before going back to my normal life.

This time though, I find it harder than usual to stop the guilt trips and eventually always end up eating all the food I accumulated and then run to the toilet. It's been two weeks now and it's so damn stressful...

Is this common and if so, how do you usually stop the cycle when you're deep into it?

Well try to do something else that's not eating. The hard part is using your will power and not overeating. You might be grouchy as He'll when your not getting your addiction on, I know I am.
