My depression makes me cold 24/7, I wear sweaters and long pants even in the summer, I don't drink really cold drinks. Does anyone have any other tips because I'm so tired of this

I keep my neck and hands warm. If I’m feeling depressed I will wear my dressing gown over my clothes around the house. I also wear socks in bed and my dressing gown as well. Layering helps and also wearing a vest.

I have a comfy winter hat I wear around even in my apartment when it’s cold out. My family makes fun but it’s cute and kindof a security blanket thing too. I also love fluffy blankets lol.

I just tend to be cold, I assume it’s more like genetics? I’d rather be too hot than too cold. Some people are the other way around
