How do you not lose control when losing weight?

Good question! Sometimes, it can be quite addictive to chase that weight loss goal. I think it's important to have an end goal in mind, and sticking to it. Once you've achieved that weight goal, it's time to maintain. Going lower and lower can be healthy to a point, but then starts ruining your health, so it's good to keep things in moderation and be sensible with your goals. Once that's done, it's just about sticking to your plan!x
