Hello guys,
So this past year I started doing some research and found out I have some type of illness and I think it is anxiety. I work in real estate and I am on pursuit to become financially free (isnt this what we all want) so now that I remember I would get really bad anxiety ever since I was young how do I know ?

When I am about to

-Go into my ex-girlfriends family get together I feel a not in my stomach,just thinking that I have to say hi to everyone and walk in the room with all eyes on me

-Before I have a lot of work and I know I start falling behind I start feeling overwhelmed, like I can not concentrate and feel like using the restroom.

-It feels like some inner energy wants to get out I even feel like if my inner organs like from my stomach area to my chest have like little ants crawling kind of

-Somethings the little inner ants bring thoughts to my head like if I wanted to scream, cry, or throw my phone at the wall at times to

-When it gets really bad I feel a bit nauses and want to use the restroom and even just lay in bed after that



Before it was easier to cope with it but I am 30 now and I feel it more like it really messes with me.
-What do you guys think this is ? Anxiety?
-What do you do to cope with it ? Smoke ? have a glass of wine? A beer? Workout? Run? Scream

you need to hit the weights, and outlet more energy or it gets bottled up and turns into anxiety and health issues

also the moment anxiety arises you need to do deep introspective awareness to your self doubts that are causing it to arise

I do workout I did 60 minutes of cardio this morning felt great no anxiety until like around 1pm before my workout I started having anxiety and workout helped but when I got home it has been messing with my whole day.


I feel
-Nasues
-Light headed
-Headache
-Inner tingling sensation like if my body was idling like an engine
-I even feel lonely, like if love was missing in my life

best thing is deadlift. heavy like that

it exhausts the body more deeply.
