I'd think do it with caution and with the support of your doctor, may I ask which one(s) you're taking?

Perhaps keeping a sleep journal would help track your progress?

I know Seroquel under the name Quetiapine and it's an anti-psychotic mostly used for the treatment of psychosis and schizophrenia but can also be used as a sleep aid in smaller doses.

These types of drugs definitely need you to seek the support of your doctor to help wean you off them gradually, cold turkey can lead to bad withdrawal symptoms.

Are you experiencing side effects from the Seroquel? What is the reason you wish to stop taking it?
